Sign Agreement with Drafting Genie

Drafting Genie is a pay as you go service.  However, we have an agreement that we ask you to sign stating your desired payment method, check or credit card and that you understand invoices submitted to you on the last day of each month and payable within 10 business days thereafter. The Drafting Genie Agreement also assures our confidential relationship with you and your clients' documents.

Meet Your Drafting Attorney

During this initial call with Kimberly you will review your drafting requirements.  We will establish which drafting software you use and review your design template or one that we provide for you.  This is an opportunity for us to understand your specific drafting wants and needs. This also allows us to assure that we are providing you with the documents you need immediately upon retaining our services.

Set up Access To Your Drafting System

​

We can draft documents on a computer in your office.  This also allows us to save the documents wherever you need us to to avoid you spending time later moving them around and keeps from violating any agreements you have with your software company.  If not, we can work out the best way to draft for you on your templates or on the systems we have available to us.

Let's Start Drafting 

 

Now that you are set up with Drafting Genie, you are ready to move forward with focusing on your clients!  As you have design plans ready, you submit them to us at draftinggenie@gmail.com and we get to work.  We will acknowledge receipt of the design template and ask follow up questions within 24 hours.  Your drafts will be ready within 3 business days and any revisions within 2 business days after returned to us.

Your Completed Documents

​

We will alert you by email that your completed documents are in your system or attached to the email ready for your clients to sign.  Don't forget, you can request revisions once you review your documents the first time.

There is no limit to how many design templates you can send at a time or during a one month period!  So, keep them coming and we promise high quality results every time!
